I DIDN'T DO IT AT ALL
It would be a foolish thing to say, that I could get to heaven my own way.
But I confess that I’m a guilty one, to try to please the Lord by what I’ve done.
All I have to do is trust in Him. Putting on a show won’t cleanse my sin.
He can see through my religious game. Still He chose to love me just the same.
I didn’t do it at all. It didn’t come from me.
It’s only by the grace of God that I have been set free.
I didn’t do it at all. It was from up above.
It’s only by the grace of God that I receive His love
Sometimes I forget He died for me. That It was said and done at Calvary.
I am saved ‘cause Jesus paid the cost. It wasn’t me who hung upon that cross.

Just like a flood my life was drifting away,
Hearing only what this world would say.

Slowly drowning in my sin.
Though it seemed easier to go with the flow.
There had to be a better way to go.
